Shipping and Delivery

What do you charge for postage?
All orders up to the value of £100.00 are subject to a flat rate shipping charge of £5.95. Express 72hrs delivery is £7.95, orders over £100.00 will be shipped free of charge.

How long does delivery take?
All standard orders are normally dispatched in 1-2 working days by either royal mail 1st class, first class recorded, royal mail standard parcels or courier service unless advised otherwise. A signature will be required. Orders should be with you within 2-5 working days after payment was received. We do not post on weekends or bank holidays. Express deliveries are dispatched the same day, on orders placed before 3pm and on average arrive within 2 working days.

Do you ship internationally?
International orders can be taken but they don't qualify for free postage. Please contact us for a price on postage.

How do we get a discount?
Customers who subscribe to our newsletters receive discount e-vouchers with the newsletter. (currently not available)

Ordering and Payment

How do I pay online?
All online orders are processed automatically by Barclays EPDQ secure payment gateway. When placing your order you will be redirected to Barclays payment gateway where you will be able to pay with credit/debit card.

Can I pay with a credit card over the phone?
Credit card payments can be accepted by phone. Call 0161 287 0711 between the hours of 09.30 - 17.00

Can I send a cheque instead?
Sorry no we do not accept cheques or postal orders because many of our goods are for over 18s only and this helps to prevent them from purchasing.

Using The Site

Do you have printed catalogue you can send me?
No, our catalogue is online and is constantly updated as new stock arrives.


What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is taken very seriously and your details will never be sold or passed to a third party. We will only use the details you supply us to process your order or contact you regarding your account.

Do you store my credit card details?
No. All online payments are processed by Barclays and as such your credit card details are never shown to us.
