Nunchucks are a traditional Okinawan martial arts weapon consisting on two sticks, traditionally bamboo, that are connected by a chain or cord. Nunchucks help improve hand to eye co-ordination and have proved very popular with martial artists. Using nunchucks is both an art and a discipline that takes plenty of practice to master and once mastered you then need to learn how to use two. Nunchakus became world known and famous thanks to the legendary Bruce Lee who brought kung fu to the masses back in the 70's.
